Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIME – I ship all items, within 2 days of receiving payment. Most items except saddles are shipped USPS priority mail. Some items are shipped USPS Parcel Post. PARCEL POST DELIVERY can take from 1-2 weeks. Please be patient.
Horse Saddles are shipped Fed EX ground delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Takes up to four weeks for delivery. Customs duties are the buyers responsibility. Please do not ask us to mark items as gifts. This is illegal and I am not loosing my shipping method or getting arrested because of wrongfully marking a purchased item as a gift.

Thank you for taking the time to view our Bonanza Store. You will find that we are very easy to work with. We pride ourselves on providing accurate descriptions of our items and accurate, secure shipping to our customers. Some items are custom made and may take from 2 – 4 weeks for delivery. ALL saddles are special order and drop shipped directly from my supplier to you. I do NOT guarantee fit. Therefore ALL saddle sales are final. BUYER TO PAY ALL SHIPPING COSTS INVOLVED WITH SADDLE TRANSACTIONS. ALL SADDLES COME WITH A WARRANTY CARD AND HAVE A 5 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ON THE TREE.

ROPING STYLE SADDLES: ROPING WARRANTIES ARE SPECIFIED IN THE LISTNG if the saddle is warrantied for Roping. Otherwise saddles are NOT warrantied for roping.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 US STATES, PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR SHIPPING INFORMATION. ATTENTION – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES ACCORDING TO YOUR DESTINATION. DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY – OVERSIZED DIMENSIONAL SHIPPING FOR SADDLES MAY BE EXPENSIVE. ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO ADDRESSES ADD $50 FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FOR ADULT SIZE SADDLES. FEEDBACK POLICY:
We do not leave positive feedback on any transaction until positive feedback has been left for us first. This means that once you have received your product and your item is AS DESCRIBED, then we are happy that the transaction has been successfully completed.

Any unjustified negative, or neutral feedback left for us is automatically reciprocated, and the buyer is blocked from further purchases from us. If a buyer makes a threat of leaving negative feedback at any time during our transaction, or makes rude, cruel or hurtful remarks, that buyer is automatically blocked from further purchases. We choose to only deal with professional, courteous buyers. If you have been a long time buyer from us, then it is because we value your professionalism, thank you for making Bonanza a better place to sell.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: This is a tool used by Bonanza to protect buyers from unscrupulous sellers. It is not a mighty sword to wield so that others may fear purchasing. Let’s be fair to each other. Negative feedback should be given to a seller only under extreme circumstances, and only after a fair amount of time has been given to resolve the matter with the seller. It is extremely frustrating for any seller to receive negative feedback from a buyer, when the buyer does not even contact the seller about the problem. Please allow a minimum of 1 month to resolve a matter with a seller, including involving Paypal.
