A satisfied customer is our goal if you have some problems and concerns just let us know and we will resolve them right away.
Shipping policy
Shipping is fast and always combined to provide the lowest price. We use USPS shipping. The items will be shipped on time upon receipt of your payment. The insurance is optional. I will offer combined shipping for multiple items you purchase. We use bubble wrap and extra paddings for the breakable merchandise.
Import, duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what those additional costs will be before buying the products.
Return policy
None: All purchases finalI will not accept return for wrong sizes and color discrepancy because the color varies on different computer monitors.
Miscellaneous details
We welcome international buyers. Please be sure your country allows the items you want. We cannot be responsible for customs fees or delays, so please be aware of these. Most international shipments must go Global Priority. So please email us before buying the items to make sure we get the exact calculation amount for shipping.
