Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Return policy

1. In case of our mistake on selling & shipping

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you should notify it to us ASAP and you may return it within 7 days of receipt. We’ll refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

2. In case of unsatisfaction of product

You may return it within 7 days of receipt. All products returned must be in NEW, UN-USED condition. All Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
