Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Miscellaneous details

Shipping rates
We offer a very reasonable shipping rate, usually $3-$4 for all movies, and except for very large box sets, normal box sets ship for about $5. Shipments are dispatched within 2 business days, and usually arrive within 2-9 business days with standard shipping. You will receive a tracking number on Bonanza for your shipment.
Combined shipping is available at the highest shipping rate for the first movie, and $1 for each extra movie. We currently only ship to the continental United States.

Condition of movies:
We describe all movies exact to they actual condition within the description of the movie. Digital copies, redemption codes, or any other digital content should be assumed to not be included on pre-viewed movies. Used movies come with their case, artwork and discs, but may not include internal inserts or cardboard slipcovers.
Here is how we grade the movies:
Brand new: Sealed and still in shrinkwrap
Like new: No major defects to the disc, or any defects have been repaired and tested, and the case is like new. 100% guaranteed to play like new.
Very good: Some minor flaws to the disc, and any flaws have been repaired and tested, and the case does have some wear. 100% guaranteed to play like new.
Good: Some scratches may be visible on the disc, but any flaws have been repaired and tested, and the case does have some wear. 100% guaranteed to play like new.
Acceptable: Some scratches may be visible on the disc, but any flaws have been repaired and tested, and the case may have significant wear. 100% guaranteed to play like new.

Returns:
We guarantee all previously viewed movies sold for 90 days after you receive them (by the tracking number) provided it is postmarked for return by the 90th day, and will replace the movie if available or give you a full refund if there are any problems with your videos. A refund will consist of your full payment, including the original shipping paid for your movie. Contact us, and we will send a return postage label if there are any problems with any disc playing.
All New DVD’s may be returned unopened only for a full refund minus shipping, if you happen to change your mind about the movie. If we make a mistake, we will pay the return postage, as well as send you the correct movie (It’s never happened though, so skip past this!)

Warranty:
We also offer an extended warranty for 90 days on all movies purchased, new and pre-viewed… If you buy a movie from us and the kids decide to play frisbee with the disc, and you can’t watch it from all the scratches, popcorn butter grease, or just kiddie fingerprints, you can send it back to us (at your expense) and we will clean it for you, then return it to you in a few days (at our expense!) So, we can clean any disc you buy from us for a little over a $3 cost to you instead of paying the full price to replace it. That’s just our way of saying “Thank you” for shopping with us!

Making an offer:
Bonanza has the functionality of allowing buyers to make an offer. We accept offers on multiple items at times, but unfortunately offers on one single item may be declined.
