Many items in my booth are Free Shipping. If not, it is usually a flat rate to all customers and is plainly stated on the item.
I do ask that customers contact me for shipping prices for foreign countries as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please read the ad for instructions for shipping information.
Most items ship within 3 business days, although some take up to 5 business days. The ad will state if your item is in the 5 day category. My items are from top of the line companies. If you have a problem with a product, let me know within the time specified on the website.In the case of clothing, it is usually 30 days. If the item is to be returned, please wait until you hear from me to start the process. In some cases, you are not responsible for return shipping. In all cases, items are required to be in the same condition in which you received them in order to receive a refund.
If you have to return a gift basket, I have to know that within 3 days of your receiving the item. The item has to be made available for the shipper to inspect.
