We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return to us, but you have to notify our company in the 3 first days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, this return policy is applicable for the following countries: Unites States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom only. For international purchases, we do not accept returns.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you urge to return the product, please pay attention to the following aspects:

You need to return the product within 30 days after receiving it.
The product is in good condition and does not affect the secondary sales.
You are responsible to pay the shipping cost to return the item.
If you’ve returned the product, please send the tracking number to our customer service. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stole in-transit to our address. Make sure you keep the proof of tracking number when you shipping back your returns.

For Women USA will deny the dispute of any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, Customs inspection delays.

Important Note: Measurement differences, or product doesn’t fit as you expect won’t be considered for return/refund. Make sure you select the correct size, our products have a size chart to guide you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not offer exchanges at this moment. Please, make sure you select the right size that fits with you.

Order Cancellation

We DO NOT cancel orders after they have been fulfilled and shipped and they are in control of the transportation company. You have to wait until product is received and delivered to you and start the return process mentioned above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
