Shipping policy

Items are packed with care and shipped Monday – Friday, holidays excluded. Free Shipping applies to items shipped within the USA only. Shipping is not refundable on returned items.

Note: All of the eBargainsAndDeals merchandise is one-of-a-kind. Therefore, shipping costs vary for each item, depending on the size of the box, the weight, and destination. We do not inflate our shipping rates! As well, if the calculated price exceeds the cost of shipping charged, eBargainsAndDeals will pay the balance. In addition, we use high quality packaging materials, so your product gets to you in the same condition as shown in the listing. Oversized, very fragile items will be professionally packaged.

Refund/Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If your product did not meet with your expectations, please let us know! Email us at [email protected]. We will address your concern and do our very best to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.

eBargainsAndDeals offers a 30-day return policy. You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items 31 days after purchase. Items received after the deadline will be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued. Any item shipped without a Return Authorization Code will receive store credit. Items purchased on 3rd party sites may have different terms.

When making a purchase you acknowledge that you read, understand, and are bound by the following Return and Refund policy requirements.

To be eligible for return:

You must request a Return Authorization form within 5 days of delivery
Products need to be in the same condition as shipped
Products must have all applicable tags and labels attached
Products must include all pieces, parts, and original packaging

Products not eligible for return include:

Any item(s) without all original tags and labels attached
Items shipped without a Return Authorization Code
Items used, worn, or swapped out with another vendor’s products
Incomplete returns
Damaged merchandise
Products purchased in error, or buyer’s remorse
Clothing over $100
Lighting over $100
Dinnerware or Crystal that has been used
Delicate or extremely fragile items
Oversized products and/or those weighing 40 lbs. or more
Items on sale
Items purchased 31 days or older
Items shipped Internationally
POS items
Variation of color or hue (your monitor settings can alter the appearance)
Products damaged in transit. Should any package show damage upon delivery, or if the contents are broken or damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. The carrier will then send a refund to you.

Buyer lists “Not as Described” as the reason for return. Unless a listing description is grossly inaccurate, we will not accept any returns listed as “Not as Described.”

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If you have not received a refund after 11 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Shipping costs are not refundable.
