Shipping to Canada:
Standard First Class International shipping to Canada delivered via Canada Post is 12-18 business days time frame depending Customs Clearance and Priority Mail 7-10 business days. First Class Mail & Priority International doesn’t come with detailed tracking information to Canada. If you want faster delivery with detailed tracking information, please choose Express Mail (EMS) during checkout. Actual Shipping & Handling fee for EMS will apply. We do not ship overnight or EMS to customers with unconfirmed Paypal account. All Paypal payment with unconfirmed address has to wait 48hrs clearing period before we ship your order.

What is your normal order cut-off time?
*Typically, all orders received before 1:00 p.m. EST with cleared payment are processed the same day. There are times, such as the Monday after a three-day weekend, or during the Christmas rush, when some orders received prior to 2:00 p.m. EST may ship within the next day. Alternatively, when we are not as busy, some orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day. Our office & warehouses are close during weekends and hoildays, therefore we do not ship orders during Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

When will my order ship? Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized, and to make sure the shipping address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your shipping address does not match your billing address, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days

Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select budget standard shipping, this time could be a 4-10days depending the distance. Some standard shippers do not display tracking information. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates. Shipping times are listed by type in the table above.

Urgent Delivery – NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.

Dalimara may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products might arrive soon after from a different location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping First Class International (14-30 working days delivery) & Priority Mail International (7-15 working days) do not provide detailed tracking information outside the US, tracking, or inquiries as part of the service, and foreign posts are not required to scan these items. Please do not insist detailed tracking information outside the US if you choose these services. Dalimara will provide customs label number and is only trackable within United States. Once item has been scanned & sent outside United States it is pretty much outside of our control. Delivery time will depend on the distance and your country’s customs clearance. It also doesn’t have expedited brokerage, which means packages can ’sit in customs more than the expected date of delivery. Although this is rare it does happen. Packages are sometimes not delivered at all (1% of cases), thus this method is used at your own risk! However, its generally fairly dependable, arriving within two weeks or three 95% of the time. Lost package claims may be filed between 45 and 90 days after shipment. We are not responsible for Customs fees, duties and other charges. We cannot declare package as gift. PLEASE contact your local postal office or Customs Office regarding their regulations before you order.

If you need to track your International Mail, please consider using our Express Mail Service International (EMS). Our office & warehouses are close during weekends and hoildays, therefore we do not ship orders during Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. We are a United States company and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders returned back to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as other fees associated with the return. We are not responsible for undelivered packages in the country of destination due to wrong address, lost or damage during tranportation. For immediate processing of your order please enter correct address, email and contact number. We cannot ship orders without telephone number. It’s mandatory.

Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). All food supplements, cosmetics, facial wands, water flask and alkaline stick do not qualify for return. Dalimara will impose a restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges. If you do not attain the desired results or you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the product with complete package (authenticity card, chain, free item & box) for refund excluding restocking fee + shipping fee we spent to deliver the product(s) to your address. Defective Returns
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date. No refunds or credit will be granted after 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply. Quantum Pendant replacement warranty is not available if you damaged the product due to accident drop or abuse. A product must be diagnosed “defective” by a member of the Technical Support Staff. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Any return found to be non-defective, once our warehouse has inspected it, is subject to a restocking fee and all non-product-related fees (shipping and handling fees) are not refundable. If you opt to refund your order instead of replacement, shipping & handling fee is not refundable. Dalimara is a wholesaler and we cover our products up to 30-day Warranty period. Any returns beyond 30 days from the date delivered shall be refused. No exception.

Exchange Policy
The above Return Policy also applies to exchanges. We will apply the payment for your first order, minus original shipping and handling costs, to your second order as long as the second order is of equal or greater value. Please return the item within 30 days in unused & complete original packaging & pay $7 exchange fee. Customer can only request to change their item once. No exception.

Cancelled Orders Policy
We ship most orders the same day or within one business day. If you decide to cancel your order and contact us before it ships, you may cancel it with no additional cost to you. If, however, your order has already shipped, you may not cancel it. You can return it in accordance with the above Return Policy.

30-day Limited Warranty
This warranty provided to ____________(owners) by Dalimara.com. is a 30-day warranty. We assign all the manufacturer’s product warranty to the ___________(purchased owners). The liability of Dalimara.com shall be limited to possible replacement of product proven defective by purchased owner.Dalimara.com accepts NO LIABILITY for any claims made by Manufacturer’s Representatives, any written Manufacturer’s data sheet, expressed or implied Manufacturer’s warranties, or any information supplied to Dalimara.com. by Manufacturer’s Representatives and transferred to Owner by Dalimara.com.

This expressed limited 30 day warranty shall extend for a period of 30 days from date of purchase and only covers conditions caused by manufacturer’s product defects. This expressed limited 30 day warranty shall not extend to any items such as delamination, adhesion defects, or deterioration caused by lack of a suitable vapor barrier, cracking, or other deterioration of the surface caused or contributed to by human body’s acidity, owner negligence, improper maintenance, acts of God, chemical contamination, vandalism, excessive mechanical abuse or any other cause except manufacturer’s product defects. Incidental or consequential damages, body injury, scratches or wounds and headaches resulting from the use of these products or arising out of any breach of this expressed limited 30 day warranty are excluded from this express limited 30 day warranty.

CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS OF THE EXPRESSED 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

1. This expressed limited 30 day warranty is valid only if:
a) Information provided to Dalimara concerning the Owner is accurate and complete.
b) Use of the product has not changed, unless Owner has received written approval from Dalimara prior to such change in use.
2. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this expressed limited 30 day warranty, this expressed limited 30 day warranty shall not become effective until Dalimara has been paid in full for all products purchased.
3. This expressed limited 30 day warranty is transferable only with Dalimara’s prior written consent. Any attempt to transfer or assign this expressed limited 30 day warranty without Dalimara’s prior written consent shall render the warranty null and void.
4.This expressed limited 30 day warranty is predicated on a 10 day inspection and maintenance of any abnormal conditions on the product after we receive the returned item. Failure to return the product and Owner continues to use the product will be deemed as a breach of this expressed limited 30 day warranty and shall relieve Dalimara from any further liability under this expressed limited 30 day warranty.
5. Any condition found during the inspection that can have a negative effect on the life and usability of the manufacturer’s product will be repaired within 30 days. If condition is not repaired within such 30 day period, any claim for breach of this Warranty shall be conclusively deemed to have been waived, and Dalimara shall have NO LIABILITY under this limited warranty.
6. All items with personalized engraving are not qualified for return.

Refused Shipments or Incorrect Address Policy
If you refuse delivery or provide an undeliverable address as your ship to address and your order is returned to us, you will be credited for the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Alternatively, you may pay to reship your order after providing updates to your ship to address.

No returns on: Personalized products, Quantum flask/stick alkaline ionizers products once submerged in water. iBeauty once used. Blister packed items once opened. – Computer products or software once opened. – Special Order merchandise. – All consumables, including but not limited to detox pads, herbal supplements, ointment, rub, soap, etc.. This is FDA re-sale regulation on all consumable items. In other words, all items must be return in new, unopened or unused condition.

Return Procedure:
Your Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA# is the same as your ORDER NUMBER. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any product returned will be credited the lower of the purchase price or current price plus and restocking fee. No return will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number in case you lost/forgot your order #, please contact an Dalimara Customer Service Specialist at [email protected]. RMA numbers are valid for 30 business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY. In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, authenticity card(s), accessories and free gift (if any). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable and free shipping promo will be charged as normal shipping. Item(s) must be in our hand on or before 30-day period otherwise we will refuse the package. Refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the package & had clearance from our manager that the item returned is correct and had no damage.
