Shipping policy
*Customers are responsible for all custom taxes or fees their country may charge them for delivery.
*If you provide us with the incorrect shipping address and your item is returned to seller you are responsible for a reshipment fee.
Return policy
Replacement product available for DOAsAll items are refundable, but as they are all custom made to order you will receive a full refund minus shipping and a 25% restock fee. You must also contact us before shipping your package back to receive an RMA#. If you return the item without an RMA#it will not be eligible for a refund.
