Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Purchases Are Processed & Shipped Within 3-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday) After Receipt Of Cleared Payment. (Excluding Weekends And Holidays).

We ship using the most economically carriers, mostly utilizing USPS and UPS for larger items. Carrier may be different from what is shown, at our discretion, to make sure your item arrives safely at no extra cost to buyer. Tracking information is provided once item has shipped.

Buyer pays S/H/I through the shipping calculator, corrected/combined invoice, or as otherwise stated. All items $150 and over also requires adult signature confirmation, included in S/H.

COMBINED SHIPPING – if purchasing multiple items, and in order to combine your order for the lowest s/h rate, buyer must request a corrected combined invoice prior to payment. The calculator does not always calculate properly. As once paid we can no longer combine S/H. Please note some larger items cannot be combined and are stated as such.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Buyer is responsible for any custom import duties, taxes, vat fees, tariff, license or other fees imposed by receiving country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyer is responsible for making sure items purchased can be shipped to their country.

Please note, not all items are allowed for international shipping depending on country’s guidelines/restriction even if listed in shipping calculator.

We do not ship to alternate addresses, item ships only to international physical address registered with bonanza/paypal.

Most purchases are shipped USPS or UPS. Some larger items may require USPS Global Express International/UPS if item is allowed internationally and varies by location. Please contact us for estimate costs.

All international customers may be required to provide a valid telephone number to meet custom shipping requirements where necessary.

We cannot guarantee delivery/transit times as it depends on carrier and custom regulations. Please allow enough time for shipments due to custom regulations or carrier delays. For further information you may check carrier’s website. Some areas can take up to 1 month or longer for delivery.

COMBINED SHIPPING-a limited number of small items may be combined for the lowest shipping cost, subject to size/weight restrictions/receiving country guidelines, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us with your location to make sure items can be combined

DAMAGE/LOSS (US & International)
If your item is damaged in transit Buyer must contact us within 24 hours to begin claim with carrier. Please take pictures of packaging and item, as required by carriers, and may need to be returned. If item is lost the required carrier time will prevail before a claim can be filed.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

Due to the nature of the items we sell, most items are ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS unless otherwise stated in item description.

Returns may be accepted in rare instances (ex. there is a gross discrepancy as listed, wrong item sent), and are handled on a case by case basis. Buyer must notify us within 24-48 hours to request return. Returns are subject to a 20% processing/restock fee, unless it was our mistake.

Any item for return requires prior approval, and RMA#. Return is at buyer’s expense. Item/s must be return within 7 days of approval in it’s original received condition as it left our shop, unopened if packaged/unused/undamaged. We highly recommend tracking and insurance, otherwise if item is damaged/lost on return there is no refund allowed.

Refund will be for purchase price only minus original S/H (including ‘free ship items) and 20% processing/restock fee. Refund will be credited back to Buyer’s account within 5-7 business days upon arrival/inspection of returned item/s.
