Each order at Chasbys is personally shipped via USPS, or UPS from our Cicero, NY location.

Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on many items that can be shipped anywhere in the USA for the same price. The term free shipping is misleading. The USPS and all carriers do not ship for free, cost is determined from the size, weight and destination of the item shipped. When possible,the cost of shipping is included in the listed price. On heavier and bigger items we have found to be fair to all customers we will list these items at a fair price plus shipping. This is so our west coast customers and east coast shoppers, pay the same price for the item. I am sorry that the shipping costs are so much higher to destinations farther away from us We ship mostly by USPS, usually by First Class up to 13 ounces. Over 13 ounces we ship either USPS Priority mail or by UPS Ground. Whatever is more cost effective. Need your item faster, we will gladly ship Expedited Mail (Priority 1-day, FedEx or UPS next day service) for an added fee. Contact us for any added services that you may need.

I try to be as accurate as possible on product descriptions, however if buyer is not completely satisfied , a refund will be issued upon return of product to shipper, in as shipped condition. Returns due to wrong item, defect or mfg. recall—seller will pay return shipping. Returns due to customer error or buyer’s remorse- buyer pays return shipping. Contact us on any issues.
