Collectible Cache offers art, collectibles, books, and records gathered from a variety of sources. We try our best to give you as much information about each item as we can, but if we missed something, please ask!

Shipping policy

We ship within one business day of receiving confirmed payment.

UNITED STATES BUYERS: Media mail for books and records is the same everywhere, but most other shipping services varies by location. If the cost to ship to you is less than what you paid, we will refund the difference. Please contact us if you prefer a different shipping service.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please contact us for the shipping cost to your location. We ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, and New Zealand..

Additional Note to International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to bidding or buying. You may be charged additional fees when you receive your package. The actual value of the item will be placed on the customs form.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for return shipping information. The item being returned must be postmarked within 30 days of your receipt. We will refund the purchase price only, but not our shipping cost.

Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped and must be returned in all original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR NOT RECEIVED. Damaged items, packing material, and container must be held for insurance claim, which we will initiate. Please email digital photographs of damaged item.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS until insurance claim has been processed.

We accept payments through PayPal. Payment must be received within 2 days of sale or accepted offer date. If payment has not been made by that time, item will be relisted and will be available for purchase by others.
