Black Orchid Couture is an alternative subculture clothing shop featuring a mixed array of dark, bold, wild and unique styles and fashion, including Goth, Punk, Rockabilly, Psychobilly, Steampunk, Metal, Rock-n-Roll and Tattoo Art. We sell women’s and men’s clothing, accessories and jewelry, band shirts and urban art.
Shipping policy
My goal is for you to get your item as quickly as possible. I will mail your item the same day if possible, otherwise it will be the next day, or worst case scenario is 2-3 business days later, if it will be longer than the next business day before it ships out I will let you know. For instance, every once in awhile there is an item that suddenly flies off the shelves and is temporarily on back order
Please read descriptions and details carefully. I will accept returns or exchanges at my cost if you get the wrong item of if it is damaged during transit. If you are returning it because you changed your mind then you will pay for the shipment back and in this case your refund will not include the original shipping cost. Please be sure to read the descriptions carefully so that the item you receive is what you expected! Item will need to be mailed back within 14 days in original condition. Hades requires pictures of the shoes before they approve the return to show that they haven’t been worn.

Black Orchid Couture is a one-woman owned business. I’ve always had a passion for music, fashion, visual boldness, entrepreneurship, being a mom to my kids, and the American ideal of “find a niche that needs to be filled, then become the person to fill it”. Well, Black Orchid Couture is my little niche in the bigger world of alternative fashion. I’m not looking to get rich at this business, but it would be amazing to make a basic living for me and my kids and my furries, and to do it all from home.
Through the many years of trying my hand at different business ideas (fashion designer/seamstress, drummer, Graphic & Web designer, local clothing store owner), the one thing that has remained consistent is my commitment to my personal integrity, which easily carries over to business integrity.
