Shipping policy
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii unless shipping costs have been agreed to prior to purchase. No shipping to PO boxes unless previously authorized by us.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsReturns allowed within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization. Buyer to pay return shipping. Returns must be received within 10 days of authorization.
Items must be returned in the condition sent with all tags, packaging intact and sealed if sent that way. Used or washed items are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns with scents, hair or pet dander.
Original shipping cost, if charged, will be deducted from refund and a 10% restocking fee applied. Items with free shipping will have outbound shipping & handling costs deducted and a 10% restocking fee.
Items that are undeliverable, refused, or not picked up when notice is left and returned are subject to our standard return policies.
