Shipping policy
Each item in the booth is made to order, it takes usually 2-4 days to manufacture them.
Once ready they usually ship with FedEx.
Transit time is ~3-6 days to the USA, ~4-7 days to the rest of the world.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsThe intention of returning an item needs to be announced to ardeola in advance via email and could be performed within 14 days counted from the reception of the purchased item. Costs of return shipping is paid by buyer, seller refunds the full purchase price upon reception of the returned item if item arrives faultless in its original packaging.
If buyer receives the item broken or damaged return shipping is free (paid by seller). Photos of the broken element(s) need to be sent to ardeola before sending the item back. In this case buyer can choose between replacement of the damaged item or money refund.
