Shipping and Handling :
We pack carefully to avoid damage in transit, (which also ads to the weight) my costs includes: Insurance (for breakables over $50), Signature Confirmation (so your Precious Items are not left on your doorstep),
Although I re-purpose most of the packing materials, my other Packaging costs (sturdy shipping boxes, tape, bubble wrap, peanuts, labels, etc.) are needed for certain items.
If you believe that shipping costs are unusually high on any item, please let me know, it could just be that I entered the wrong weight or the shipping calculator is not working right.
FASTER DELIVERY:
Please contact me before placing your order if you need gotta-have-it-asap, we can ship via Priority Mail, Fed-Ex or US Postal Express Mail Overnight or 2-Day Shipping. Depending on your location, often US Postal Priority Mail “might” deliver in 1 to 2 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are experienced with International shipping, including the UK, Australia, Canada and Netherlands, and many other countries.
Global shipping is calculated based on “actual” weight and destination – and we will also be happy to combine items to save on postage.
Taxes and Import fees will not be included in the shipping quote and may be due and payable on delivery.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If your item arrives damaged: Please take photos of the damaged item AND the damaged packaging and send via email to [email protected] as soon as possible.
Please save the shipping box/container and all packing materials to return with your damaged shipment.
I am not a business, and Returns are expensive and costly for me, which I can not afford), so I do my best to describe items and point out any flaws or defects, so PLEASE examine item photos & descriptions, or ask questions Before ordering.
We ship fast, usually in one to two days, so if you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible.
If your item is returned, refused or undeliverable, I will try to contact you to verify that it was in error. If the error was on our part, I will make any necessary corrections and re-ship at my expense.
If your undelivered item was an error on your part, and you would like your item re-shipped, I have to charge the postage cost to reship your item. Otherwise, I will issue a refund, MINUS the cost of shipping and handling, and any other charges or fees I may have incurred. (*Special circumstances not withstanding)

All shipments require a signature on delivery to make sure your precious gifts are not left on your doorstep or mailbox.
