Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsFull refund provided for unused and unopen items only. 20% restocking fee will be applied to all unused items returns. Partial refund will be offered for open but unused items. We can not accept used items unless the items are damaged. For all damaged items a replacement or a refund will be offered.
