Shipping policy
Before completing your purchase, make sure your shipping address is correct. JA Technologies LLC is unable to make changes to the shipping address after payment is made, and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Your item will be shipped within (7) business day (Monday through Friday) after your payment has been processed and completed.
Orders for items where payments are processed and received on Friday after 2:00 p.m. PST will not ship until the next business day. Any shipments assigned a tracking number on Saturday, Sunday, or a major holiday will not be picked up by the shipping carrier until the following business day. For our mutual protection, order amounts over $99.99 will be shipped “Signature Required”…NO EXCEPTIONS. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We have no control over delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysIf you need to return parts or kit, please contact us through messaging before shipping the return. There will be 10% restocking fees will be charged for all returns. Once the item has been received and verified no tampering has occurred, a refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid will be issued after deducting 10% of restocking fees.
