SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT SHIP TO AK, HI, PR, CANADA OR INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS.
THIS IS DUE TO ADDED SHIPPING EXPENSE BEYOND THE FLAT RATE IN LISTINGS.
If an order fromAK, HI, VI, PR is placed, order will be put on hold. Buyer will be contacted with options to pay extra shipping costs . The transaction can be canceled, or, buyer can supply a shipping address on the Mainland USA. The shipping costs shown in listings are only for domestic, lower 48 states only; NOT for Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
We cannot ship UPS or FedEx to P.O.Boxes or APO/FPO address.
Shipping costs is a flat rate that is an estimate based on weight and size of item using current shipping rates of UPS ,FEDEX or US Postal Service.
Please allow 1-3 business days processing/packing time AND also about 3-6 business days for delivery. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Contact Seller for information and costs for Expedited shipping.

RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE NOT FLAWED, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL:
Return requests must be received within 5 days of delivery. Package must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense. A 15% restocking fee taken off refund for opened packages, missing items, used or damaged items. Original shipping costs are NOT refundable. Contact shop owner for return authorization and a return address.
ITEMS THAT ARRIVE FLAWED,WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED:
Accepting Returns and/or exchanges on items that are flawed, damaged, wrong item or color, or have a manufacturer’s defect. Return must be in new, packaged condition. There will be no return cost to buyer. We will issue a call tag for UPS or FEDEX to pick up the return package of the defective item. A refund will be issued upon receipt of item in new condition.
