Shipping policy
Please note that all of our items (unless specified) are shipped from Germany.
Once the package leaves our hands, the time frame that the package takes to go through the mail system is out of our control. While most packages arrive within 7-10 business days, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays through customs. All of our shipped orders have a tracking number that is uploaded to your order.

Due to the items being digital and/or customized, they are non-refundable. I will change them until you are happy and it is exactly what you are looking for. However, once you approve and invitation for printing. Any errors at that point are not our responsibility. Please be sure to check your invitations thoroughly.
If you wish to cancel an order, you MUST do so BEFORE any work is done on your order and within the first 24 hours. After work has begun on your order, there are no cancellations.
Clothing and headbands are also non-refundable/returnable.
