We started out small with big ideas, feverishly working to bring new concepts to reality. This led us to research new ways to quickly and cost effectively produce prototypes of new ideas and products.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING****
A tracking number will be provided automatically as soon as your item ships. You should receive a notification and/or email from Bonanza when it ships.
Processing / Handling Times and Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. The shipping transit time will vary depending on your location in relation to ours.

Large/Bulk Orders may also take longer than the times noted above. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Expedited handling is not available. Orders are processed as they are received. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your business.
This shipping transit time is after your order is produced and processed for shipment – processing / handling time.

By purchasing, buyer agrees that Y.N.G LLC will not be held responsible for loss or damage of items caused by the carrier. If you receive an item that has been damaged or is missing contents, or your item does not arrive, please contact the carrier to open a claim. Please keep all packaging including packing materials, contents, invoices and packing slips as you may need these for the claims process.
PAYMENT
Sales Tax will be charged as required by law. You may choose either PayPal and login with your account or checkout as a guest, OR you may choose to Pay by Card and use our other payment processor.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If anything about your transaction is not to your satisfaction, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Efficient problem resolution in advance of posting permanent feedback gives both parties the best chance for a positive experience on Bonanza. Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for details**30-Day Returns
We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the product must be returned complete and in unused, sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will include full purchase price of product and all collected taxes.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. All returns must be shipped by a reputable shipper and be properly packaged and fully insured. Sorry but no returns are accepted after 30 days.
Miscellaneous details
All of our cookie cutters and stamps are manufactured with a food-safe plastic. We suggested hand-washing these in warm – not hot – water. They are not dishwasher safe.
