Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

All our handmade items in our shop are custom made in the USA. Each piece is unique and makes wonderful gifts for Christmas, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, or just any occasion when you are thinking of someone special. Pieces are signed by the artist and reasonably priced. We also are adding new and used books for your reading pleasure. Enjoy.

Shipping policy

We generally ship using USPS. The most economical way will be chosen unless an upgrade is asked for and confirmed by email. When Parcel and Priority are near in price we will upgrade automatically (our choice). Delivery confirmation used with all orders.

Please be sure your shipping information is correct and up to date, as such errors would be at the buyers expense.

Additionally, please indicate shipping address when you order, otherwise the shipping address registered with Etsy will be used.

I strive to ship all orders as fast as possible via either priority or first class mail (often same day as order placement, or following day), however, please allow up to 5 days for you item(s) to be shipped. International shipping available (see below), Express shipping may also be available, please contact me for a shipping price estimate if you wish to have express shipping.

Shipping charges include packaging/handling, however, I try to offer competitive, if not, fair shipping and handling prices. I carefully package each item to insure it will arrive in perfect condition, this may include a custom constructed box for odd shaped or difficult to ship items. Please take such accommodations into consideration when ordering.

If you would like shipping insurance added to your order, contact me before adding so I can adjust your shipping charge accordingly. Without a request, shipping insurance will not be added to your order, as it is the buyers responsibility to insure the item(s).

I can do international shipping (to most countries), please contact me for shipping estimates if you require international shipping. Typically I will be able to add your country and the shipping cost to the listing at that time, so please be sure to indicate the item(s)in which you are interested.

For combined shipping discounts, you may contact me to determine if combined shipping is available for your items.

Reduced price shipping, if you are ordering multiple items, you may contact me prior to ordering, as I may be able to offer a combined shipping discount. Also, if you would like a smaller shipping rate, contact me before ordering so that I can edit your shipping rate accordingly, as many of my shipping rates assume USPS Priority mail, including tracking and insurance.

For any orders that do not specify shipping preferences prior to ordering, I reserve the right to ship how I see best fit.

If necessary, Buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, see refunds below for more information.
