High-value items require approval for return by our customer service team in order to validate that iCloud and personal accounts are removed from the device. We will require you to confirm the ESN/Serial Number and may require photos of the device prior initiating the return. We offer free 30 day returns for defective items. Items returned due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a return shipping costs.
Older iPad models (iPad Gen 2/3/4 + iPad Mini 1st Gen) cannot update to the latest iOS, and many apps may not work. Please ask us or do your own research prior to purchasing, as there will be a return shipping fee applied if no defect is found upon return of these models.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL ICLOUD OR ANDROID ACCOUNTS ON DEVICE prior to returning item, as we cannot process a refund with account locked devices.
All of our refurbished devices are backed by a 90 day warranty. Please note, the warranty does NOT cover cosmetic defects. Any cosmetic defects need to be reported within 30 days in order to be eligible for a return and full refund.
