Whisper Gold Fine Jewelry comes from Greece, a small Mediterranean country with long history in jewelry. Our workshop has 30 years of experience in designing and crafting beautiful and unique jewelry.
Our jewelry are made in solid gold with genuine, hand-picked quality materials, gemstones and cruelty-free diamonds. We take a lot of pride in our work and we handcraft everything with love! We are set out to give YOU a special piece of jewelry at all times!

Shipping policy

All our items are MADE TO ORDER.

Our production/processing time is 4-8 business days

We ship worldwide from Greece, Europe.

We offer FREE DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders
Estimated Delivery Times:
European Union: 1-2 business days
Non – EU European countries: 2-3 business days
USA: 2-5 business days (can be more if you live in a remote area)
Everywhere else: 2-6 business days

*Please bear in mind that the delivery times may vary due to holiday seasons, bad weather or other factors that we can’t control. If there’s a problem with your order contact us and we will do all that we can to help!

You will receive e-mails with tracking information about your order from DHL Express.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please consult your country’s import taxes and regulations.If buyers won’t pay the import taxes and/or don’t answer to the customs’ e-mails/calls, customs will eventually confiscate the parcel. In this case, we bear NO responsibility and NO refunds will be issued.

All addresses must be written in English.

For security purposes, we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Please contact us if there’s an issue with your order.

If there’s a valid/genuine reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your item for a refund (excluding shipping & handling fees) within 14 days of first receiving your order. All items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn, with all original paperwork, boxes and any additional packaging.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, WATER DAMAGE, ALTERATION OR REMOVAL OF PARTS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN

We DO NOT accept returns for custom/personalized orders or items on sale/discount.

We don’t accept cancellations after 12 Hours of purchase.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION: In case of a return for resizing/exchange, customer is responsible for all the shipping fees+import duties and taxes that will occur. DHL returns have very high cost! This is why we always urge our customers to read all product descriptions, check all photos carefully and choose the right sizes. We are here in case you have any questions.
