Shipping policy
Items shipped from Hong Kong (tax-free zone) to the United States are not normally charged with taxes or duties. Items shipped from Italy or Japan may be charged. Please read the item description to locate the warehouse from which we ship that particular item.
Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsWe Accept returns if the item is not exactly as advertised. We The watch must be returned within 14 days after it’s received. We only ship with insured carriers. If the watch has been damaged in transit we will apply insurance and ship the item again. In the case of DOA, the watch must be sent back to one of our warehouses to access the replacement.
