Shipping policy

We generally ship items via USPS Ground Advantage as it is the most economical option in most cases. When possible, we will upgrade to UPS to get your package to you more quickly. Please let us know before purchasing if you would like a quote for UPS or FedEx. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving full payment (not including weekends). We carefully prepare items for shipment by wrapping them with custom materials/packaging to protect them from damage. We want your treasure to arrive safely at your doorstep!

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Many of our items are vintage and are sold “as is.” We prioritize describing and photographing the objects to show any wear or defects to the best of our ability. Returns are only accepted at our discretion. For a refund, the buyer pays for the return shipping.

RETURNS ARE AT OUR DISCRETION AND ARE CONSIDERED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. We DO NOT cover the shipping cost in case of a refund.

The photos are part of the description; always refer to them as the default description, as photos may show wear not perfectly captured in the written description.

Items ship from a smoke-free facility; however, some things were sourced from auctions, estate sales, yard sales, etc., and, in rare instances, may still retain odors from their original homes (even after cleaning),

Items are purchased “as is”; a purchase implies that you have read the description and the condition section and viewed all photos. Photos are essential to the description, as the written description may not always capture every scratch or nuance of an item.

Miscellaneous details

We have been selling on eBay since 2002. We left corporate to chase our waterfall and officially started our business in 2022. Our corporation is named “Two Old Souls, Inc.” because we are just old souls that love to hunt for treasure!
