RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns of all of our standard magnets within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (buyer pays return shipping via US First Class Mail). CUSTOM magnet orders are not returnable, but a proof is emailed to you prior to order being made and a sample can be purchased before custom order is created.

Items are shipped within 4 business days with the exception of special order custom wedding and save the date magnets and other party favors.

Orders for The Magnificent Magnet are shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail as marked on each item listed in our booth.

Return policy

We want you to be happy! Returns or exchanges are accepted for a full refund less shipping within 14 days of purchase on any standard magnets.

Note: Special order magnets that are personalized can not be returned.
