Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

We have been manufacturers of quality etched rubber art stamps since 1986. Our images are shown with a copyright mark but the purchased stamps will not come with the copyright marking on the actual stamp. This is for internet display only. The image sizes listed are for the rubber size not the wood mount which may be larger.

Shipping policy

We manufacture each item by hand with great care. Please allow us time to assemble your products properly. We ship in the order payment is received. Please allow us up 7 working days in case there are orders ahead of yours especially during Christmas when we are working around the clock to ship orders.

We would like to believe the post office is perfect with deliveries yet some packages get lost in the mail. We have no way of knowing this unless you inform us or insure your packages. Please don’t assume we never mailed your order. We have over 5000 positive feedback because we ship every order. We will provide proof of shipment upon request.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

We strive for accuracy and quality however occasionally and error occurs. Items which are defective or incorrect can be exchanged if you contact us through Bonanza or by email within 7 days. Items must be returned for inspection if a claim of defect is made. It the item is defective in some way or incorrect we will replace the stamp and reimburse shipping fees. If the item is not defective buyer pays return shipping fees and we will not be able to reship. “Defective” means the image prints incorrectly not the label is crooked.

Miscellaneous details

All items are hand crafted in house. We ship daily. We strive for perfection, however any item which is defective or incorrect may be exchanged or we will refund purchase price if item is one of a kind.
