Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

We hold to a handling time of two full days.Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST may be shipped same day.

Return policy

We will accept the return of purchased items when we are contacted through Bonanza.com’s messaging system and informed of intent to return and this is done within 3 days of when the buyer’s item(s) tracking history shows the purchased item(s) was/were delivered to the address the buyer has supplied for delivery of purchased item(s) as long as said item(s) are received by us within 14 days of when the item(s) tracking history shows the purchased item(s) was/were delivered to the address the buyer has supplied for delivery of purchased item(s) and as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were sold by us to the buyer. Return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
