Shipping policy
Items are usually packaged for shipping in 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (Excluding Weekends & Holidays or items that are hand crafted), some of those you may see “Ship in 3-5 business days” for example. “ You will receive an email confirming shipment.
We do our best to provide the most reliable, affordable methods of shipping service, but sometimes international delivery does take a little longer, and is highly dependent on the courier company and local customs/duties.
Return policy
Replacement product available for DOAsWe maintain a policy to promptly respond to all emails “ usually within a few hours, and only rarely (e.g. weekends/holidays/after hours) later than this. If you have any questions about our product or any problems with your purchase please contact us. We will do our best to correct any problems you might have. Always feel free to contact us.
Item must be returned within 7 days for a replacement item or store credit if there is not replacement stock available. You are responsible for the cost of postage for the item being returned.
