If you decide you still want to return your item to us, we will refund the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. The returned item must be received in the original condition.
Custom orders will not receive a full refund.
We pack each item with care prior to shipping. However, damage may occur during shipping. Please contact us immediately. We will need photos of the damaged item, also the damaged box.
