Customer Service is a PRIORITY for us, but please don’t take advantage of that. :-)
Shipping policy
International shipping is not an option. Shipping charges are based, in part, on the buyer’s location. As of 6/23/19, the USPS will implement DIM pricing. Dimensional Weight pricing applies to light weight, large packages. Unfortunately this may adversely affect the cost of shipping. Please understand, if you purchase an item from this seller – the seller will NOT pay any part of the shipping costs. If the DIM is more expensive than the shipping costs the BUYER initially paid, the BUYER has the option of either paying the difference OR canceling their order.

Shipping costs are based on destination, weight, and box dimensions. USPS DIM Pricing has made shipping large items, much more expensive. We’re not happy about that either, but it is beyond our control.
