RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase or within 14 days from date of receipt, as we want our customers to have ample time to examine the merchandise received, for refund or exchange. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. For new merchandise, the returned product must be UNOPENED. Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is our mistake.

For new items, returned products must be in brand new condition, UNOPENED, have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), or returned merchandise with a different serial number than the one seller originally shipped cannot be returned. Damage because it was improperly packaged for the return shipment, damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling, including in-flight or other damages, will not be accepted for refund/exchange.

The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.

For used items, returned products must be in their original conditions that are received, have all items, materials, and accessories that are shipped, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards, if the orders contain such.

Shipment errors due to a bad address provided by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. SuperDealGlobal / SuperDealGlobal.com reserves the right to refuse the return, refund, exchange, and charge a restocking fee for any product, that doesn’t comply with the above-mentioned requirements, or at its sole discretion.

Shipping policy

1-5 business days delivery time for standard shipping to any of the 50 U.S. states. Business days include Monday – Friday and exclude national holidays. Most orders received by 5PM Eastern Time Monday – Friday ship the same day.

Quicker shipping options are also available for most items, including next-day and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary. Select your preferred upgrade during the checkout process or call for more details.

We use FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service), USPS (United States Postal Service) and Freight Services.

APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. territories: Most orders are delivered to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories via Priority Mail for our standard shipping rates.

Freight shipping for large items: Large or heavy items require freight shipping. Available to most physical addresses in the 50 United States, except some areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery time is 2-5 business days.

Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment or condo. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package.

Damage In Transit: If items are received damaged a claim must be immediately filed with the respective shipping company. Please note that any discrepancies or shortages in shipments must be reported to us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the shipment.

Hazardous Items and Products: Hazardous or toxic items such as paint, flares, fire extinguishers, batteries, epoxies, compressed gas and some cleaners cannot be shipped to International destinations.

Returns & Replacements

Returns will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale. We accept returns within 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges. Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have our shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit.

1. Get a Return Authorization Number. Request a return authorization online by emailing us or through the contact form, or call us to request a RMA (return authorization number). All returns must have an RMA number assigned.

2. Super Deal Global reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the following requirements:

a) A different serial number than the one Super Deal Global originally shipped.

b) Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment. Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling (including in-flight or other damages).
