ALL of our listed products are brand new and never used unless clearly indicated in the listing. We do not sell used or refurbished items. We offer the lowest prices found on the internet and we ship out very quickly. We ship anywhere within the USA; we do not ship outside the USA. We use FedEx, UPS, the USPS for our shipping. Regardless of the carrier, we always purchase a tracking number. If you have any questions, please email us prior to your purchase.
Shipping policy
At Sports 365 we ship all items SAME DAY unless noted except dog kennels and e-scooters. Kennels are shipped within 1-2 business days. E-scooters ship with 1-2 business days of your order. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS expect e-scooters and kennels. These 2 products are shipped via FedEx. Items under 1 pound are shipped USPS Ground Advantage. I do not ship next day mail unless you pay for this option. ALL products are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track your package from me to you. Lastly, we only ship within the USA.
