We strive to ship out within 3-5 business days. Some orders may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the new incoming merch and COVID which has hindered shipping to/from in certain areas. Please note that during the holiday season, it may take a few days longer. Some shipping could take up to 7-14 days depending on your location. As soon as your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Contact us first with information regarding the return or damaged item so that we can access the issue or anticipate its arrival. Merchandise must be returned in the same package it was shipped in for a refund or exchange. Refunds usually show within 5-7 days depending on your bank.
