Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

ITEM PACKAGING:
ALL PHOTOS ARE STOCK PHOTOS. PLEASE NOTE THAT MANUFACTURES PERODICALLY UPDATE THEIR PRODUCT PACKAGING. NEW PACKAGING, SAME ITEM. IF A MANUFACTURER HAS UPDATED TO NEW PACKAGING YOU MAY RECEIVE THE NEW PACKAGING IN PLACE OF THE OLD PACKAGING.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Order processing: is 1 to 5 business days (Monday thru Friday). Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
42.00 – Packages up to 4 pounds (Depending on size. Items must fit in a padded 10X12 Envelope.

76.00 – Packages Up to 20 Pounds (Depending on size.Items must fit in a 11 ¼" x 8 ¾" x 6" OR 14" × 12" × 3 ½ Box).

95.00 – Packages Up to 20 Pounds (Depending on size. Items must fit in a 12" × 12 ¼" x 6").

You must include the weight of packaging when configuring your package weight.

Over-weight packages: Overweight invoices must be paid before an order is shipped. (Example: If you pay the $42.00 rate but your order is too heavy or to large for that rate you will be sent an invoice for the package size that fits your order.)

RETURN POLICY:
To Prevent the Spread of Covid-19 Returns and/or exchanges are not being accepted at this time!

SOLD OUT POLICY:
On occasion if an item has sold-out but is expected to be back in-stock with-in a few days we will hold the order for fulfillment.

INCORRECT ITEM POLICY:
At times mistakes may be made. If you receive an incorrect item you must contact SouthRen Beauty at [email protected] with-in 5 business days of the delivery and provide a photo of the item you received. (Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays).
Once approved a return label will be sent to your e-mail on file with your credit card provider. If you do not receive the return label please check your spam folder or notify SouthRenBeauty that you have not received a return label. A refund or replacement will be issued once the return is received, inspected and approved.
If you do not contact SouthRenBeauty with-in 5 business days of delivery you are accepting that you have received the correct item and the item is free of damage and/or defects.

DAMAGED ITEM POLICY:
If an item has been damaged in transit you must send photos of the product, the packaging with the damage visible, and the package showing the shipping label accompanied by a description of the damage to [email protected] You must keep the package as you received it. USPS will require the item be turned into them by the buyer or they will request to physically see the damaged package. You will not receive the replacement for damaged items until you have completed the USPS guidelines. If a damage or loss occurs and is approved, a return label will be sent to the buyers e-mail address on file with the credit card used for the transaction. A replacement will be posted, or a full refund will be issued to the buyers method of payment. Credit Card refunds require 5 to 10 business days to appear on buyers statement.

LOST PACKAGE POLICY:
Lost packages are replaced as long as the service provider (USPS, USP, Fedex, Ect) does not show the package has been delivered. Once a package is scanned as delivered by the service provider any loss must be reported to the service provider.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you place an order an then request the order be cancelled there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
