1. Missing items: order 3 items but you receive just 2.
2. Damaged items: ragged, dirty, moldy…
3. Wrong items: order L size/Hoodie/Blue Sky shirt but you receive XL size/Sweatshirt/Green shirt.
4. Delayed order: due to production/shipping problems, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters. Please wait for 10 more days from the latest day in The Estimated Delivery. After that time if the order still not be delivered, we will fully refund to you.
We cannot accept refund requests if:
1. The item index follows exactly our size-chart, but you claim the item is not fit/too tight/loose.
2. You just don’t like the item.
