Shipping policy
Shipping International (worldwide):
1. Our shipments are not subject to import tax as we deal with original artworks and genuine antiques over 100 years old. These are customs Harmonized codes 9701, 9706 and you don’t need to pay your country’s import duties.
2. When sending me your mailing address – please be sure to provide your day hour phone number so the postal agent can find you.
3. Some of packages are not allowed by regular airmail due oversize. Thus we use EMS or FedEx service.
4. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you from Stockholm, Sweden to nearly any place globally.
5. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Return policy

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order within 3 days of delivery.
1. To accept a return in Exceptional case within 14 days according common Human terms and rules.
2. To prohibit “returns” from e-market cheaters, frauds.
3. Viewing our pictures: we use diffused flash photography to bring the best images to you, sometimes with more or less intensity of light; plus almost all monitors render pictures different way (monitor adjustments, age, LCD or CRT, etc etc). Thus we would recommend that you adjust your monitor to common standards in brightness, contrast and in color tint to view our pictures properly.
We will not accept return caused by brightness/color/contrast discrepancy (in your opinion).
4. We also don’t deal with return where Buyer doesn’t like insignificant imperfections such age wear, tiny scratches, dents etc that were not mentioned in description, but presented on pictures – good Buyer studies good images well enough before making a bid.

Dear Customers! We do not provide or share your confidential data (name, address, email, etc.) with anyone.
We are absolutely decent in relation to our clients and value their privacy!
Payment:
We accept payment by: Paypal, Bank transfer, LAY-AWAYS (payment plans)!

Terms:
1. First installment of 20% as non-refundable deposit to cover related costs within 3 days since purchase date by non-PayPal payment as they do not accept deposits (contact me for details).
2. The remaining 80% must be paid within 60 calendar days since purchase date by any payment method within 1-2 installments
