Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do accept money orders, however we ONLY accept United States Postal Service Money Orders.

General Products are shipped within 2 business days.

We do ship outside of the continuous 48 states and internationally, however it can be rather expensive because there must be adequate tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation on every package, which protects both sides of the transaction.

If you would like an item shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing an item. Please include your city and zip code or postal code with your quote request.

We will not ship to any address other than the one you have listed with PayPal. Please review the address you have registered and make any necessary changes.

Any special concerns or shipping requests should be addressed prior to purchase so that any additional costs that may occur as a result can be addressed.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Returns accepted ONLY if item is misrepresented. Please read the description and look at the pictures carefully and make sure this is the item you want. Buyer must contact seller upon receipt of item to report item is misrepresented, and detail how item is misrepresented. Thank you. Item must be returned within 14 days. Once an item has been returned, it will be examined and if found to be in the same condition as when shipped a refund will be issued. If there is no further damage or breakage a refund of the original purchase price will be issued to the buyer’s PayPal account within 14 days. If there is further damage, breakage, smoke odor, dirt or scuffs there will be no refund issued and the buyer can choose to have the item shipped back at buyer’s expense.
