Shipping policy
Sorry, but your payment must clear before we ship. That’s a lesson learned the hard way. So we will ship within 1 business day of purchasers payment being actually received and not 1 day from when it is sent or the payment process is initiated. Orders placed before Noon EST will usually be shipped that afternoon. Orders placed after Noon EST will usually be shipped the following morning.
Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsWe know that examining an item by viewing a small digital photo on the Internet is not the same as being able to turn it over in your hand and examine it from all angles. So … for items that include “free shipping”: Purchaser can return items for a refund less the original USPS postage cost of mailing the item for no reason at all within 15 business calendar days of USPS delivery as shown by the USPS tracking number. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged, or is not the correct item, or is returned because it does not match the description, then Purchaser will receive a full refund including the cost of USPS return shipping. Remote controls typically cost about $3 to mail; other heavier items cost more to ship. 15 business calendar days is roughly 3 weeks; we believe that’s an adequate time for the package to be opened and the contents examined. If you have a reason for returning the item then we’d like to know what it is, but you don’t need a reason for a return initiated within the first 15 business days of USPS delivery.
