Shipping policy
For home decor items, Rustic Deco will ship within 1-2 business days. For LTL, we offer curbside shipping (restrictions apply) which means the driver will get as close as they can to your door using a pallet jack. Your shipment can be from actual curb to the door depending on the safety of delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and palletize/crate. Freight LTL normally takes 3-5 business days. We will need a phone number in order to ship so please provide this to us asap. The driver will notify you when they are in your area.
