Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

My booth will contain a variety of items. Some new, some used.
Any “used” items will be in the condition stated in the description. I will not attempt to sell damaged, unusable or non-functioning items.
All will be competitively priced and prices for many items will be negotiable.

Any questions will be answered promptly.
As you can tell from my feedback, I place your satisfaction with anything purchased at the top of my list.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING and HANDLING:

The issue of “Free Shipping”: Having been an on-line seller since the early 2000’s, research has shown that the idea of free shipping, while seemingly a good idea, does little for buyers except raise the price of an item. I have chosen to not offer free shipping on most items while holding a reasonable price for items.

I generally mail/ship items the day following confirmation of payment.

I mail all philatelic items USPS First Class.

Collector Trading Cards: In the interest of holding prices and reducing the cost of shipping, I will forward trading cards USPS First Class.

Books, Video Tapes and any items that qualify for Media Mail, will be forwarded USPS Media Mail.
I estimate the postage based on the weight of the item(s) when packaged.

If, after mailing, the actual postage is significantly less than that estimated, I will issue a prompt refund.
It is not my intent to make money on postage and/or shipping costs.

Magazines, because of included advertising, do not qualify for Media Mail and must be sent USPS First Class.
Typically, more than one magazine will exceed USPS First Class weight restrictions.
I have found forwarding by USPS Flat Rate Envelope to be the most efficient and economical shipping/mailing method.

Please Note: The cost of mailing/shipping items continues to increase as USPS, UPS and FedEx periodically raise their rates, often without warning.

INSURANCE:

Insurance will be provided on high value and/or items determined by me to qualify as “fragile”.
I do not expect the buyer to pay for insurance and it has not been programmed into the listed price of any items.

I make every effort to ensure the correctness of item descriptions.
If, after receipt and review, you feel the item was not properly represented, please notify me via email within 7 days
and I will provide information on how to receive a complete refund for your purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS:

I prefer payment through PayPal and will accept personal checks (shipment after clearing) and money orders from US buyers.

Cash (two forms of ID required) should not be forwarded through regular mail.

I request international buyers pay through PayPal.

LAY-AWAY:

I will be happy to negotiate a Lay-Away plan on any item over $50.00, after any applied discount.
Since each individual circumstance is generally different, please email your desire to take advantage of Lay-Away.

SHIPPING and HANDLING:

I will be happy to combine items to help reduce postage/shipping costs.
Although I don’t have a set combined item discount, if you are interested in more than one item let’s visit.

I maintain the same refund policy for items showing “calculated postage/shipping” and “buyer pays fixed price”.
If the actual postage/shipping is less than that calculated/stated, I will issue a prompt refund for the overcharge.
