Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

We are a family owned business that sells quality products at a reasonable price. When we get a discount on items from our manufacturing unit we pass the savings on to our customers. If you are a returning customer, please let us know. Our company is based on “Quality, Value, and Customer Satisfaction”. We will go above and beyond for you to have a satisfying experience with us. Shipping policy

We ship within two business days of payment, usually sooner
Standard FREE shipping takes between 3-5 business days
Expedited shipping takes between 2-3 business days
Overnight shipping takes between 1-2 business days

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Returns accepted but must be authorized in advance. If we incorrectly listed an item, a full refund including shipping will be given. Other returns are for sales price only, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
We offer anywhere from a 30 Day to a 1 Year warranty on all of our products. If you are unhappy with one of our products, Please contact us for instructions before shipping the item back.
For the first 30 days after an item ships you can return the item for either an exchange or a refund.
For any items with a warranty longer than 30 days you can return the item for exchange, and if the item is no longer in stock you will recieve in store credit.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
All items returned for a refund must be in the original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. If not a 10% restocking fee will be charged on Items valued up to $100.00 and a 20% restocking fee on Items valued over $100.01.

Damaged package or items:
Package damaged from the courier, please claim directly with them, and inform us of the damage.
