Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Miscellaneous details

Cancellations: Once an order has entered the production phase, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please note that in most cases, production begins immediately after an order is placed. This is because the product is custom-made to your specifications, and therefore, we cannot reuse or resell it once production has commenced.

Exchanges: Print Bloom will replace a printed product under the following circumstances:
The product exhibits a misprint.
The product arrives damaged (excluding any damages sustained during delivery).
The product does not correspond with the fulfillment information (e.g., an incorrect or improperly placed printed image, an incorrect size, color, or type, etc.).
