Shipping policy
For all orders of 75 euro and above FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
After we have received the payment of a order, we usually ship the order within 5 working days. With complexer orders (e.g. extra heavy, lifesize) it can take up to 12 working days. Our priority is always with the safe arrival of the products.
Within the European Unions you can count 5-10 working days for delivery, after we have given your package to the shipping company. Outside the European Union you can count 15 to 20 working days, after we have given you package to the shipping company.
We can not guarantee the date of arrival. The shipping company is responsible for the shipment, we have not power in this. When your order takes to long, contact us and we will investigate the situation and do our best to solve it.
You can choose for Express shipment. In this case we will ship the order as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours, sometimes within 12 hours). We will then use Express shipment at the shipping company. Extra cost for express shipment are for the customer. With Express shipment orders usually arrive within the European Union within 48 hours and outside the European Union within 72 hours. Sometimes even faster.

Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for details1. Returning a item is only possible within 14 days of arrival. Always consult us before returning a item. Outside of Europe; Returns can only (limited) in consultation.
2. Returning a item is always at your own expense and risk. The item has to be returned in the same condition you got it. If not, no refund. Outside of Europe; Returns can only (limited) in consultation.
3. When a product arrives damaged you are obligated to contact us within 48 hours. You are also obligated to fully cooperate to solve this (with the insurance). If not, no refund.
