Shipping policy

We prioritize the safe delivery of your products by utilizing USPS Ground Advantage, Padded Envelope, Medium Box, or Large Box for shipping.

USPS Ground Advantage:

Ideal for hazardous or heavy gallon-sized products, this option typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location.
Priority mail is available upon request with an additional fee for products weighing under 16 ounces and not classified as hazardous.
Padded Envelope:

We do not ship hazardous materials or gallon-sized items internationally.

To guarantee the safety of your packages:

We meticulously pack all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Rigorous inspections are conducted to confirm that packages are securely sealed and free from any damage.
Our processing and handling time is limited to a maximum of 1 day-3 days.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Return Windows:
Returns are accepted for saleable, unopened, unmarked, and unused products within the specified days outlined in each listing. No returns will be accepted, and no refunds or store credits will be issued for any product beyond the specified return period mentioned in each listing.

Returnable Products:
Except for products categorized as “Non-Returnable” (listed below), the following types of products are accepted for return:

Resalable Product: Saleable, unopened, unmarked, and unused products may be returned within the specified time frame. Products must be in their original packaging.

Damaged Product: Credit will be issued to the customer for damaged products only upon verification by the seller. To initiate this process, the buyer must provide the seller with proof of damage, including:

Arrival date
Description of damage
A picture of the damaged product
A picture of the scale showing the weight in case of leakage
Non-Returnable Products:
The following types of products are not accepted for return:

Unsalable Product
Makeup and Makeup Brushes
Combs and Brushes
