Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

? International customers – at the moment there is a delay with some parcel arriving to their destinations due to Covid 19. Some parcel, but not all, is taking 1 to 2 months to arrive. Please be patient, this is out of our control, and we are really sorry if your order is affected. Thank you!

I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

Unfortunately we do not accept returns and exchanges. No refunds for shipping error (ie. items lost, damaged or stolen during transit) as when the item is sent, we are out of control of the item. We take special care to make sure that the items are packaged properly and addressed correctly.

Any packages that are returned to us for insufficient address, or are unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees. Refund will be processed minus shipping fee.

Payment

We only accept PayPal (International and Local customers).

Payment should be made within 2 days of purchase. Otherwise please email us and We are sure we can work it out.

Shipping policy

We will ship out your order within 3 – 5 business days of cleared payment.

For international : Shipment via Pos Malaysia – Registered Air Mail with tracking number. No shipping to Israel from Malaysia, due to diplomatic reason.

For Malaysian: Shipment via Poslaju with tracking number.

For international shipping, transit times may vary particularly during peak periods. Your order will arrive within 1 – 6 weeks depending on your location. It may arrive earlier or later, depend on custom clearance and transport conditions.

Locations:

  • Within Malaysia (Poslaju takes a few days )
  • International (about 6 weeks during peak season, 10 – 30 working days for normal days)

We will ship to the address according to your Bonanza receipt, please make sure the address is current and correct.
