Shipping policy

Your party is on the way! Most orders placed by 3pm EST, Monday–Friday, will usually ship the same day; excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day. Please note: If your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities, our shipping calculator may not accurately give you the total shipping cost for your order. In most cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a large discrepancy, you will be notified of the difference and your order may be held pending your reply.
