Shipping policy

We ship all our packages via USPS. Free Standard Shipping is offered to any verified address within the USA only – and will be processed by Media Mail.

If you need to receive your product sooner we also offer Expedited Priority and Next Day Express Shipping service which will be available during checkout at an additional fee that will be calculated based on buyer’s location.

We ship only to PayPal verified address listed on your account. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any undeliverable addresses, and we charge certain shipping & handling fees to resend the returned item.

No local pick-up available. All orders are processed and shipped within one business day after you have checked-out and payment has cleared on a daily basis from Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Please note PayPal eCheck clearing time is 4 to 5 business days.

Standard shipping via USPS Media and or Parcel Post typically takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive while Priority Mail can take 2-5 business days to arrive. A notification will be sent via email upon processing this order along with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier’s web site. Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier’s system.

Please Note: Orders processed by Media Mail to the following five places which are outside the continental USA will not meet the standard shipping time frame. Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and APO/FPO. These five areas will typically travel by slow boat when using Media Mail and can take up to 30 days to arrive. If you reside in any of the five listed locations and need your order sooner please consider using either Priority Mail or Express Mail service.

International shipping is also offered through USPS at an additional cost based on buyers location.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Unconditional 60 Day Return Policy. We stand behind our products. Most items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 60 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We don’t charge any restocking fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item) or defective product.

We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested. Negative feedback does not solve anything. Please don’t open a claim or leave negative or neutral feedback prior to contacting us or even moments after attempting to contact us. If you have a problem with your order please contact us first. We are always willing to work things out when we are made aware of a problem.

Replacements: In the case that a replacement is needed because of damage from shipping or faulty product, etc., the same item will be shipped to you free of charge, if the item is still available. If the item is no longer available, a refund can be issued upon return receipt of the item in question. All refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving your returned items.
