Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

We ship out items within 1-3 business days after we receive the payment (excludes federal holidays and weekends). All our items will be shipped to Buyer’s PayPal Confirmed Address. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

We stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 15 days from when the item is delivered; ONLY if the item is not as described.

We will not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse after you receive the item.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, liquid, neglect, abuse, or misuse. We’d not honor the warranty if you modify or replace the item or any part or serial numbers.

Please contact us before returning an item for further instructions. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories, documentation, or items that came with it.

You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items.

For International orders, buyer is responsible for Return Shipping.

We reserve the right to request pictures before the item is returned. We reserve the right to decline any return if the above guidelines are not followed or if the item is received altered/tampered.

If you purchase these products to use in a country outside of the United States we cannot guarantee they will work properly. We assume no responsibility if the items malfunction or cause an accident because one tried to use the product with foreign electrical standards.
